VITALITY GRANTS
Applications for Vitality grants of up to $1,500 are available in August. The grant schedule is:
- Applications available August 1.
- Required Orientation session is August 18.
- Optional Orientation session is September 8.
- Applications are due October 1.
- Decisions are made by October 15.
- Projects receive funding November 1.
- Projects should be complete by April 30.
- Project evaluations are due by May 31.
The grant form has changed and two orientation sessions are available this year. Come to one or both, but you must attend one of them for your organization. A Frequently Asked Questions booklet is being prepared and will soon be available to help you determine eligibility and complete the form correctly. APNBA Grant History
APNBA has been providing grants to business district associations from City funds since 1995. In 2005, the City contracted with APNBA to add a grant cycle for business district associations, small chambers of commerce, and non-profits. The Grant History provides a decade long list of business district self-improvements.
