Our boundaries are from NE Holman south to NE Prescott and east from NE 40th Avenue to NE 45th Avenue and our goals are to improve our community's liveabilty, to beautify 42nd Avenue, to attract residents to our businesses, and to make our commercial area a safer and more vibrant hub for the community.
We are a small, eclectic, and involved group of locally owned businesses. Our services include Delphina’s Bakery and Café, Rose’s Ice Cream Parlor, Rocket Pizza, The Spare Room Restaurant, and Caribbean Spice as well as Automotive Marine Services, Wilshire Dental, Popina’s Swim and Sportswear and Curvy Girls Clothing, Me Rae’s Hair Salon, Greb’s Bathroom and Kitchen Design, US Bank, and Witham & Dickey Printing. |
